Alex is pleased to announce that a Minns Labor Government will invest $700 million into the Rouse Hill hospital development that more than doubles the commitment made by the current Liberal Government that has been promised since 2014 but has never been delivered. A Minns Labor Government will finally get this built with increased medical services. In addition to this announcement, Labor will hire 1,200 additional nurses and midwives.

Alex lives in Bella Vista with his wife and son who attends a local primary school in The Hills. Alex is a Transport Planning & Traffic Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Masters by Research (Transport Planning) from the University of New South Wales.

Alex is of Nepali heritage and his grandfather served in the Nepali Gurkha Army, supporting Britain during World War II.

He is keen to focus on local transport issues, but also local schools, health services and community issues.

As a local resident and a parent, Alex understands the issues faced by people in the Kellyville electorate. He is running for State Parliament to make a difference for his local community to ensure they have a strong local voice.

Alex knows that cost of living pressures are increasing and firmly believes that only a Minns Labor Government will deliver on issues that matter to local residents, including:

• Proper planning & sustainable development

• Road & Traffic Management plan to ease congestion across The Hills

• Addressing school overcrowding and providing more support for our teaching staff

• Vastly improved health care system that The Hills community desperately needs

• Ensuring community services keep pace with our growing population in The Hills

Alex believes that locals have been taken for granted for too long and it’s time to elect someone in Kellyville who will stand up for locals on the issues that matter to them and be accountable to the electorate.
