Requirement
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with patience and clarity.
• Ability to connect easily with diverse individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
• Positive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort and confidence using digital tools like Microsoft Teams and online learning platforms.
• Genuine enjoyment in seeing others learn and grow, with an understanding of the challenges faced by adult learners.
• Background in retail, customer service, or support roles is advantageous.
• Some understanding of different industries and job roles is a bonus.

Work Conditions
• Part-time role: 3–4 days per week, Monday to Thursday (no work on Fridays).
• Generous Christmas shutdown period (3–4 weeks off annually).
• Office based in Rouse Hill.

• Build strong relationships with students through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide support and guidance to students in understanding and progressing through their online coursework.
• Explain complex questions and tasks clearly and concisely in plain English.
• Conduct regular check-ins with students to offer motivation, guidance, and celebrate their achievements.
• Collaborate effectively with trainers and the administration team to ensure a positive and seamless student experience.
• Utilize our online learning platform to accurately track and record all student interactions.
• Provide support and guidance to students in understanding and progressing through their online coursework.
