Project Administrator / Coordinator
Seeking a motivated candidate with international experience to spearhead our expansion into International Markets. This candidate must be able to research international markets for opportunities. Obtain a clear understanding of the legal and operational framework for each location. Identify potential risks and financial requirements for each opportunity.

Requirement

Skills required:
– Experienced in International Trade and Financial Markets
– Excellent Accounting and administration skills
– A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys variety
– Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and a friendly, professional approach
– MS Office competency
– Suitably Degree qualified in Finance or Foreign Trade
– A business level foreign language would be beneficial

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

-Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, claims professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic business objectives.
-Advice on key issues requiring executive input and execute decision as directed by senior leadership.
-Assess and coordinate new office space arrangements as required
-Lead the development, evaluation and negotiation of insurance projects and service agreements to ensure they align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
-Conduct international research to support business expansion into overseas markets
-Manage all documentation related to project implementation and service operation
-Supervise third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and promptly reporting any modifications to work orders.
-Gather and evaluate data related to insurance projects, delivering actionable insights.
-Address inquiries and resolve issues concerning project execution, service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
-Draft and review comprehensive reports detailing project progress, and organizational activities, facilitating informed decision-making
-Build relationship with the Finance team, working together to improve processes, and communicate changes to the wider team.
$$80k to $87k depending on experience and qualifications
