Hannah’s Haulage seeks a detail-oriented Invoicing/Compliance Clerk with experience in the road transport industry to join their administration team. This permanent full-time role is based in their Riverstone office.

Requirement

• Road Transport experience and knowledge
• MYOB/Xero experience
• Invoicing experience
• General administration experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and be process-driven
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Bookkeeping experience
• Data entry experience

Work Conditions

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Competitive salary + Superannuation (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Invoicing through the company’s operations and invoicing system
• Maintaining compliance registers, inductions, work diary checks
• Performing general administration tasks
• Attending to emails
• Answering the phone
• Assisting customers with queries or directing them appropriately
• Providing support to the team as needed
