This role involves providing tailored in-home care and disability support to our valued customers, focusing on improving their quality of life and well-being.

Requirement
•Experienced Care Worker
•Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a similar qualification, OR demonstrated experience working with individuals with complex physical disabilities.
•Ability to drive clients.

Work Conditions
•Paid mileage between customer homes and to/from appointments.
•Work across the entire Sydney region, with a focus on Castle Hill and surrounding areas.
•Work in a small, friendly team environment.

•Provide tailored in-home care and disability support to customers.

•Drive clients to appointments and other locations as needed.
•Contribute to improving the quality of life and well-being of our customers.

$$45 / hr including superannuation + Paid Mileage between customer homes and to/from appointments.
