• Valid working visa for Australia.
• Essential: Forklift License.
• Highly advantageous: ChemCert Certificate.
• Reliable and committed individual with initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
• Private transport required due to location (Wilberforce, NSW).

Work Conditions
• Casual position: Estimated 3-4 shifts per week.
• Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Shift start time: Generally 7:30 am (autumn and winter).
• No public transport available.

Responsibilities
• Spraying of cropping areas.
• Operating a forklift.
• Cleaning and general maintenance of farm-related areas and equipment.
• Minimal packing and picking of herbs and flowers.
• Providing other general farm support as required.
• Adhering to safe work practices.
• Working effectively with other team members.
