Requirement
• Experience in estimating within the building industry.
• Strong proficiency in using Excel.
• ABN, own vehicle, and insurance (if site visits required).
• Must be self-managed, reliable, and professional.

• Respond promptly to all inbound leads and enquiries.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes using custom Excel spreadsheets.
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals and secure confirmed projects.
• Schedule confirmed jobs efficiently.
• Collaborate with the director to ensure a smooth handover for job delivery.
