Requirement
• 5+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Experience supervising staff
• Comprehensive understanding of Xero
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent time management and independent work skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in integrating third-party apps and payment gateways
• Ability to understand the bigger financial picture beyond transactional details
