Sugar Glider in North Richmond is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a passionate new team member to join our artisan bakery / cafe. We're seeking an enthusiastic and committed foodie, either looking for an apprenticeship or newly qualified as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Cook, to learn and grow within our experienced and welcoming team. This full-time, long-term role offers a fantastic hands-on learning experience crafting high-quality food from scratch using local produce.

Requirement

• Passionate about food and eager to learn the craft of artisan baking/cooking.
• Seeking an apprenticeship or recently fully qualified as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Cook.
• Enthusiastic, committed, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to start early mornings
