Infinity Park – Alpha and Omega

A luxury boutique project within Infinity Park at Norwest, has been specifically designed for Hills residents looking to make a move into apartment living.

The project, known as Alpha & Omega, is the final residential release within the popular masterplan development overlooking Castle Hill Country Club. The 49 high-end and oversized apartments are located in two six-level buildings, each with a private roof-top terrace.

General manager at developer Haitchin Group, Robert Tasevski said the twin mid-rise buildings are resonating with local downsizers keen to ‘upsize their lifestyle’ from large homes and acreages to bespoke resort style living.

“We’ve really considered who the market is and engaged a lot of locals to find out what was a priority for them,” Mr Tasevski said. “We found that Hills residents want the ease and luxury of living in a hotel, a place they can lock up and leave when they go away, but somewhere they feel comfortable in when they are at home.”

Infinity ParkArchitecturally designed by Turner, Alpha & Omega will form a smaller neighbourhood within Infinity Park which features a magnificent lagoon swimming pool, framed by sun decks and landscaped gardens. Exuding luxury, the apartments showcase exceptional finishes including stone kitchens, luxe bathrooms and balconies with a ‘loggia’ – a versatile multipurpose space which could be used as an art studio, outdoor kitchen or home office.

Each of the twin buildings will open to a sophisticated lobby, while residents will also be able to access all the wonderful facilities offered by Infinity Park. “The refined details in Alpha and Omega, the multifunction terraces, the lobbies and the public space were important to Hills residents considering downsizing,” Mr Tasevski said.

Infinity Park, which is within walking distance to Sydney Metro North West, also includes a residential tower called ‘Marque’ offering 241 apartments and a grand hotel-style lobby. There is also a commercial building which will be home to the Hills’ first rooftop restaurant.

It will also have direct access to a future link road providing access onto Windsor Rd, without the need to drive through Norwest Business Park. The Infinity Park display suite is now open – for more information or to book an inspection call 0455 120 777.
