Hills Junior Baseball Association Lift: Gaynor Cup

The Hills Junior Baseball Association girls have been crowned the inaugural 2024 Gaynor Cup champions after a stellar season where they were undefeated.

The Hills girls proved they were up to the challenge in the grand final against a strong Cronulla outfit, winning 5-0 to cap a remarkable 2024 season.

The Gaynor Cup was introduced for the Under-13 girls’ section, in honour of Katie and John Gaynor, who have contributed immensely to baseball over the years. The Hills team were presented their cup by the Gaynors.

The Gaynor Cup was a part of Sydney Cup 2024, which concluded at East Hills on December 8. The Hills Junior Baseball Association also took out Under-14 Sydney Cup and Under 14 association Cup making it a highly successful season for the organisation.
