Have Your Say on Proposed Sports Fields and Off Leash Dog Area in Gables

Stockland invites you to provide feedback on the proposed design of two new sports fields and an off-leash dog park in the Gables.

The proposed sports fields precinct is located between Fontana Drive, Cataract Road and Red Gables Road – i.e. directly across Red Gables Road from Santa Sophia Catholic College.

The proposed design features a variety of sporting and recreational activity spaces, including

•  multi-use courts; basketball, netball etc
•  a dedicated hockey field
•  a multi-use playing field
•  a futsal/warm-up area
•  a fenced off-leash dog park
•  car parking area
•  junior adventure zone – swings, trampolines, and climbing frame
•  teen zone – skate area, table tennis and outdoor gym

Submissions close on Wednesday, January 19. The feedback from the submission period will be taken into account in further design reviews and proposed amenities where possible.
