Ferry Artists
The Ferry Artists enjoyed a wonderful attendance at the opening of our Artists Clearance Sale in February. Many members and friends arrived to celebrate our first opening of the year and we were grateful for everyone’s enthusiastic response to the artworks.
This clearance sale is an opportunity for our wall artists to hang previously displayed artworks at sale prices. It’s always a great opportunity to pick up a bargain from one of our well known or emerging artists. You never know what gem you will find in this show!
Recently our senior members were invited to take part in Hornsby Council’s Seniors Week exhibition Time to Shine at Wallarobba in Hornsby. Our gallery was delighted to be included in this showcase of local artists in the Hornsby region and the exhibition looked excellent.
Coming up next will be our still life themed show titled MONTAGE. Themed exhibitions often challenge our artists and for the landscape artists amongst us the still life genre can be a challenge.
Join us for the opening of this show on Saturday 29th March from 3 -5pm in the Gallery at 5777 Old Northern Road, Wisemans Ferry. We will have our usual selection of quality giftware, jewellery and sculpture for you to choose from as well.
