An evening with author Julie Ankers
Author, entrepreneur and radio host, Julie Ankers, will talk about her latest book Feisty, Fabulous 50+ at Hawkesbury Central Library on Tuesday, 2 May, 6pm to 7:30pm.
Feisty, Fabulous and 50+ is a collection of 21 ‘warts and all’ autobiographical stories of women navigating their way through their 50s and beyond. The stories depict the set of challenges each woman has had to face – from financial security to discrimination to life threatening illnesses. All are recounted with humour, insight and self-deprecation, and demonstrate the under-stated strength and resilience of these fabulous women.
Copies of the book will be available to purchase and to be signed by the author.
