Do you love to stitch or would love to learn? From beginners to advanced workers and everyone in between, Embroiderers Guild NSW – Hawkesbury Group, is for you.
Is your interest in cross stitch or canvas work, crewel work or machine embroidery, or any of the hundreds of other kinds of embroidery? Do you have your favourite pattern books and kits, or design your own work? Would you like somewhere to sit and stitch with like-minded people, make new friends, and expand your stitching skills? Is there something you need help with?
Our group is one of around 40+ Guild groups in NSW and we are re-forming after many years. We would be really happy to see you at one of our next meetings – Tuesday 19 July 10am- 2pm and Tuesday 26 July, 6pm-10pm, in the Windsor Library building. From then on, every 3rd Tuesday day and 4th Tuesday evening. Come to one, or come to both. Guests are always very welcome.
Guild members can join any of the groups, enrol in members only courses, or pay reduced rates at other workshops, have access to a 5000+ title specialist library and enjoy many other embroidery-related benefits.
Three of our local members have each been in the Guild for over 50 years, others have recently joined. We can’t think of a better way to spend a cold winter’s evening than adding a stitch or two to the latest project! Join us!
