The SEAT Restaurant, Pennant Hills

The SEAT is a fusion of South East Asian and Thai.

The SEAT is presented by Chef “Scott” who has passion for South East Asian food.  Scott’s dishes use traditional flavours utilizing the abundance and freshest premium products with a strong Asian base and subtle modern twist. The dishes are full of colour, healthy and fragrant to stimulate the senses.

The sixty seat open plan ‘hometaurant’ is well named as there is a sense of feeling ‘at home’ from the ambience created by the earthy colours and the natural textures of slate and timber walls. Wall adornments are a mix of traditional Thai and abstract designs melded with traditional woven cane furniture and offset by soft, colourful cushions. The open plan allows a full view of the kitchen from where Scott and his team create mouthwatering dishes.
