Dining Directory Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By submitting your business to our dining directory, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Description: Hills to Hawkesbury News (H2H) provides a platform for restaurants to list their business, including details such as name, address, menu, and other relevant information.  Businesses will be responsible for inputting their own business information and uploading their own photos.  H2H accepts no liability for the customer inputting incorrect information.
3. Subscription: Listing your restaurant on the Dining Directory requires a recurring subscription fee as detailed in section 4, this can be monthly or annually.
4. Payment Schedule: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
   a. Payment Method: Payments will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card or other payment method you provide.
   b. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
   c. Fee Changes: Any changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before taking effect. You can cancel at any time.
5. Cancellation and Refunds.
   a.  You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service on [email protected].  We require 2 weeks notice to effect a cancellation.
   b. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles. After cancellation, your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information on your listing.
   a. Approval: H2H reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing that violates our policies or terms.
   b. Prohibited Content: Listings must not include false information, offensive material, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
7. License: By submitting your listing, you grant H2H a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listing on our website and associated platforms.
8. Promotion: H2H may promote your listing through various marketing channels.
9. Termination.  H2H reserves the right to terminate your listing and subscription if you violate these terms and conditions or any applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability – To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2H is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our listing services.
11. Privacy – Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Governing Law – These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
13. Modifications to Terms – H2H may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
