Basketball NSW would like to congratulate the 2022 Under 16 NSW Metro Girls who have been awarded the State Team of the Year Award. A well deserving award for the Girls as they were crowned National Champions after defeating SA Metro 89-61 in the gold medal game. The team went through the tournament undefeated and became the first NSW team to win the Championship since 1998.
