Hawkesbury City Council Customer Service Pop Ups

Hawkesbury City Council is rolling out a series of Customer Service pop-ups across local towns and villages to make council services more accessible, especially for residents in outlying areas.

While services remain available via Council’s Windsor office, call centre, and online self-service platform, Council acknowledges that face-to-face support is still valued by many in the community.

The pop-ups will offer residents a chance to speak directly with Council staff, ask questions about local services or exhibitions, report issues, and lodge requests outside standard business hours.

The initiative aims to remove barriers and bring Council services closer to where people live, work, and gather.

The upcoming schedule includes a mix of weekday and weekend appearances:

• Saturday, 26 July 2025 (10am – 12pm) – Bilpin Community Markets
• Sunday, 3 August 2025 (10am – 3pm) – Hawkesbury Fest, Governor Phillip Park
• Saturday, 13 September 2025 (9am – 1pm) – Pitt Town Shops
• Saturday, 1 November 2025 (9am – 1pm) – North Richmond Shopping Centre
• Thursday, 13 November 2025 (10am – 1pm) – Colo Heights Community Hub
• Friday, 14 November 2025 (12pm – 3pm) – St Albans Community Hub
