Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of child development and commitment to holistic growth
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning environments

• Planning and implementing a stimulating curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework
• Observing and documenting children’s progress and development
• Collaborating with the teaching team to create a nurturing and safe learning environment
• Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the local community
• Participating in ongoing professional development
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
