Requirement
• Prior experience in commercial aluminium fabrication preferred.
• Previous CNC machine operation experience desirable (training provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Must be based in Australia.

Work Conditions
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
• Location: Vineyard, NSW
• Overtime and Saturday work available as needed.

Responsibilities
• Previous CNC machine operation experience desirable; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Fabricate and assemble commercial aluminium windows and doors.
• Follow job plans and interpret technical drawings and job sheets accurately.
• Conduct quality checks, take precise measurements, and adhere to QA procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues with materials or equipment during fabrication.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Fabricate and assemble commercial aluminium windows and doors.
