•Greeting Visitors: Welcome tenants, contractors, or visitors, providing necessary assistance.
•Answering Phones and Emails: Manage incoming calls and emails, address inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
•Managing Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for viewings, maintenance, or meetings.
•Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitor logs, calls, and other relevant documentation.
•Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
•Handling Inquiries: Provide general property, lease, and unit information.
•Directing Issues: Handle basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to the Property Manager.
•Tenant Liaison: Serve as a contact for tenant concerns and property-related issues.
•Property Inspections: (Implicit from “Property Officer Duties”) Conduct property inspections as needed.
•Lease Management: Assist with lease renewals, new contracts, and maintaining tenant records.
•Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for timely repairs and services.
•Property Advertising: Assist in advertising available units on various platforms and social media.
•Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property status, maintenance needs, and tenant concerns for the Snr Property Manager.
