$47m plans proposed for 12 Norbrik Drive, Bella Vista
A new development proposal by Georges Grounds Pty Ltd would see the creation of a seven-storey mixed use space at 12 Norbrik Drive, Bella Vista that would offer four floors of office space, a rooftop terrace with a bar and two function spaces that could host 1340 people.
Placed in the heart of the Circa Commercial Precinct, the $47 million development at 12 Norbrik Drive would be a part of an area already planned to introduce nearly 600,000 square metres of office space in coming years.
“The proposed development is driven by the growth emerging from the Sydney Metro Northwest and supports a highly skilled, professional local workforce,” said a planner on the project.
On top of the proposed building, the proposal includes substantial landscaping plans which will cover 40% of the 8,000 square metre site.
The plans were submitted to the council on the 9th of March and are currently awaiting approval. If completed, 12 Norbrik Drive is calculated to bring $275 million per annum to the local economy.
