Sally Lamplough of Nepean Physie Club is a tough act to follow when it comes to the dance sport known Physie. She is now the Overall Ladies Champion in Australia, making her the best ladies’ competitor in the country., having won back-to-back national titles.

Sally, known for her vibrant energy and passion, delivered a flawless performance in the ladies final, after winning Overall Ladies Grand Champion in 2023. Sally’s ability to connect with the audience through her performance is a testament to her hard work and love for physie, said Kim Annesley, the head teacher at the Nepean Physie Club.

Glenhaven local Lyn Lamont is a very inspiring role model for the older participants, being unbeatable in the over 70s category. Lyn has been a stalwart in the physie community for many years.
