Legally Blonde The Musical will holding court at The Pioneer Theatre from 30th September to 9th October.
Based on the cult classic film, this award-winning Broadway hit is being performed by the much-loved Blackout Theatre Company,.
It follows the transformation of Elle Woods (played by Jordan Miller) as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams.
Elle s appears to have it all but her life is turned upside down when her boyfriend Warner (played by Luke Quin) dumps her so he can attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle ingeniously charms her way into the prestigious law school.
While there, she struggles with peers, professors and her ex. With the support of some new friends, though, Elle quickly realises her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world.
The high-energy show is jam-packed with memorable songs and dynamic dances and won a Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Musical when first staged in 2007.
The play by Heather Hach, featuring music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, is based on the novel Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown and the 2001 film of the same name.
