Galston Gorge will be Closed

Galston Road through Galston Gorge will be closed for at least 4 weeks due to the risk of further landslides and could stay shut for up to 12 weeks depending on the extent of the damage.

Investigations by engineers found that a large portion of slope, 70 metres by 40 metres, is unstable and needs to be monitored closely.
