Police have commenced an investigation after an armed home invasion in Carlingford.
At about 11 PM, Thursday, 23 January 2025, police were called to Tomah Street, Carlingford, following reports of a home invasion.
Officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command arrived and were told three masked men – armed with firearms and knives – entered the home and restrained four occupants.
The three men then left the scene after being confronted by an occupant who managed to free themself.
All four occupants were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for minor injuries.
Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the incident.
Inquiries are continuing.
