Council has applied for $28m of funding under the Accelerated Infrastructure Fund to assist with project delivery in Box Hill.

The funds would greatly assist with the future road, park, sports field, and stormwater upgrades in Box Hill and potentially reduce the future contribution rate in the suburb.

The funding application is seeking to allocate the unspent funds from the AIF Round 1 to the Box Hill Contribution Plan, to overcome historical capping of contribution rates and Local Infrastructure Growth Scheme funding not yet being received for the Box Hill CP.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][us_image image=”68697″ size=”full” align=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
