45-Year-Old Schofields Man to Appear in Court for Reckless Driving
A 45 year old Schofields man will appear in Parramatta Local Court next month. It will be alleged that at 8.10pm on Friday the 27th January 2023 officers from Hills Highway Patrol, detected the man driving on Old Windsor Road at Glenwood at a speed of 164kph in a posted 80km zone driving a white sedan.
When stopped, he returned a positive road side breath test. He was arrested and taken to Castle Hill Police Station, where he returned a reading of 0.09. He was charged with exceed speed, and mid range drink driving. His licence has been been suspended.
