School holiday activities for kids who love to create Wednesday, 6 July – Friday, 15 July

As temperatures fall and the school holidays approach, parents will be delighted to know that Hawkesbury Regional Gallery is offering a very hot program of things for creative kids to do this winter, exploring a wide range of techniques and subjects, from budgies to beetles to owls and sharks, with a dozen doughnuts to ‘round’ things out. All sessions are $15 each and held at Hawkesbury Regional Gallery, Deerubbin Centre (1st Floor), 300 George St Windsor. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult and bookings are essential, call 4560 4441.

The Mayor of Hawkesbury, Councillor Kim Ford said the art workshops are “a great way to bring out the artist in every child”.
