Renowned authors converge on The Hills for literary event

The Hills Shire Library Service will be hosting author talks throughout the months of November and December as part of the literary event, Feast of Speakers.

Mayor of The Hills Shire, Dr Michelle Byrne said the event series was an important part of The Shire’s support for arts and cultural events and welcomed the opportunity to bring people together to start conversations, enjoy activities and celebrate the power of literacy.

“We have an exciting line-up of writers, thinkers, doctors and journalists coming to our Shire,” Mayor Byrne said.

“The Feast of Speakers allows us to explore new ideas, go on a journey of the mind and make new friends in the process.
