Drawing on her considerable experience working in Retirement Living Villages across NSW and her 30 years in education and marketing, Jill Fellowes will present a concise talk ‘Demystifying Retirement Living’. Jill’s presentation will cover Retirement Living contracts, the reasons that people choose to enter a retirement village and an explanation of costs and other important details.
As a licensed Real Estate professional with numerous awards to her name, Karen Mattingley can also claim to have considerable specialist knowledge of Retirement Living with a good understanding of the needs and desires of those considering downsizing to retirement living. Karen will provide further information on the benefits of retirement living and be on hand to assist you to have a better understanding of Retirement Living options.
The presentation will start at 10:30am and will be followed by a complimentary high tea and tour of two brand new villas. The villas are stylish and spacious with internal garage access and private outdoor space.
Included in the tour are our superb leisure facilities and an opportunity to chat with our Retirement Living General Manager, Tracey Palser and Village Manager, Donna Carter. Some of the current residents will be available to discuss village life and the upside of retirement living.
