Composting and Worm Farming Workshop

Do you want to learn how to compost or manage a worm farm but you’re not sure where to start? Join us at Hawkesbury Central Library for the first in a series of free waste workshops and we will show you what to do.

Our waste education expert will teach the basics of composting and worm farming on Thursday, 22 March, from 10am to midday. You will learn how to produce a nutrient rich compost for your garden, what worm tea is and how to use it, how to keep your worms happy and much more.

This project is a NSW Environment Protection Authority, Waste Less, Recycle More initiative, funded from the waste levy. Bookings are essential. Book online at www.hawkesburylibrary.eventbrite.com or call 4560 4460. The Hawkesbury Central Library is located at 300 George Street,
