Have you often thought you would like to try your hand at painting, or pick up your old paintbrush again? Why not come along to one of our monthly demonstration evenings for inspiration and see what is trending in the art world, or join one of our art groups or classes?

A new Members’ group has just started up on Mondays from 10am – 1.30pm covering all media, so if you would like to be part of a friendly, social painting morning then the new Monday group may be just what you need!

March Demonstration
Yupo Paper by Sue Jokinen – Wednesday 7th March 7.30pm

Sue Jokinen is passionate about vibrant French Inks (i.e. water based acrylics) and Yupo paper, and produces the most amazing results. No need for drawing talent – let the Inks do the work! Sue works in layers letting one dry before adding the next to the painting.

April Demonstration
Pigment Lab Demo “Selecting The Right Colour Paint” –
Wednesday 4th April 7.30pm

Pigment Lab will demonstrate the differing qualities of colour in watercolour, acrylic and oil paints across brands available in Australia, including those that have just hit the market. Learn how how single pigment paint colours mix differently from dual & multiple pigment paint colours and much more!
